Pricing Page — Delivery Checklist
Every feature listed on the pricing page must be real and working before we publish. This checklist maps each promise to its current status. Nothing ships to the pricing page until it’s checked off here.

Pricing model: Advisor-only distribution. Households do not subscribe directly. All household access is bundled through the advisor’s subscription.
Core Household Features (Available in All Advisor Tiers)
These features are what every household experiences through their advisor’s subscription:
- Full FOCURA Method — Are all six stages (Focus, Organize, Capture, Uncover, Ready, Align) navigable and functional?
- Asset & account inventory — Can a user enter and categorize all asset types (real estate, bank accounts, investments, registered accounts, insurance, digital, personal property)?
- Contact directory — Can a user store advisor, lawyer, accountant, institution contacts with phone/email/role?
- Document storage — Can a user upload and organize PDFs, images, scans (will, POA, insurance policies, deeds)?
- Photo uploads — Can a user upload photos of property, assets, collectibles, and sentimental items?
- Password manager export — Can the user export a CSV for import into 1Password/Bitwarden/etc.? Is the “how to access my password manager” field functional?
- File type validation — Are accepted file types enforced (PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, MP3, MP4)?
- File size limits — Are individual file upload limits set and communicated?
- Executor Brief — Does the system generate a summary document an executor can use as a starting point?
- Executor task engine — Is the structured checklist with 30+ task categories functional?
- Task deadlines and status tracking — Can tasks be marked not started / in progress / complete?
- Linked resources on tasks — Do tasks link to relevant help articles or guidance?
- Estate Map visualization — Does the visual estate map render showing asset flow → liabilities → income tax → probate → beneficiary outcomes?
- Tax and probate side-by-side — Are income tax on death and probate fees shown proportionally in the Estate Map?
- Scenario modeling (Spouse A first) — Can the user model what happens if Spouse A dies first?
- Scenario modeling (Spouse B first) — Can the user model what happens if Spouse B dies first?
- Scenario modeling (simultaneous) — Can the user model simultaneous death?
- Distribution visualization — Does the Estate Map show what each beneficiary actually receives under each scenario?
- Province-specific probate calculations — Do probate fees calculate correctly for all provinces?
- Province-specific capital gains — Does the post-June 2024 inclusion rate (50%/67%) calculate correctly?
- Registered account treatment — Are RRSP/RRIF/TFSA/RESP rules applied correctly on death?
- Annual review reminders — Are automated reminders sent to revisit the plan (email, in-app, or both)?
Trial Features (30-Day Free Trial)
- Trial account creation — Can an advisor sign up without a credit card?
- Household limit enforcement (5) — Does the system enforce the 5-household cap during trial?
- Trial expiry — Does the trial end after 30 days? Is there a clear conversion prompt?
- Trial-to-Advisor conversion — Can the advisor upgrade to paid Advisor tier seamlessly?
- Data continuity — Do trial households carry over to the paid tier without re-entry?
- Feature parity — Do trial households get the full FOCURA Method experience (minus Tell Your Story and Letter to Executor)?
- Trial storage cap (2GB) — Is the 2GB total storage pool enforced during trial?
Advisor Tier ($199/month — 20 Households)
Everything in Core Household Features, plus:
- Household limit enforcement (20) — Does the system enforce the 20-household cap?
- Advisor dashboard — Can the advisor see all households in one view with status/progress?
- Switch between households — Can the advisor click into any household and see their full estate?
- Tell Your Story — guided prompts — Are narrative questions available for each asset/decision?
- Tell Your Story — text entry — Can the user record stories and context in text?
- Tell Your Story — voice recording — Can the user record voice messages? (If not ready, REMOVE from pricing page)
- Letter to Executor — Can the user write/generate a plain-language letter to their executor?
- Gap report generation — Does the system generate a report identifying missing data, outdated info, and risks?
- Real-time scenario modeling in meetings — Can scenarios be run live during a client meeting without lag?
- Executor task engine (advisor view) — Can the advisor see task progress across all households?
- Annual review prompts (advisor-facing) — Do automated reminders fire to the advisor when a household is due for review?
- Call scripts — Are dynamic conversation prep summaries generated for each household?
- Print-ready reports — Estate Map PDF — Does the Estate Map export as a clean PDF?
- Print-ready reports — Executor Report PDF — Does the Executor Report export as a clean PDF?

- Insurance gap detection — Does the system automatically flag coverage gaps? (If not ready, REMOVE from pricing page or mark as “coming soon”)
- Co-branding — reports — Can the advisor upload their firm logo and have it appear on generated reports?

Enterprise Tier (Custom — 100+ Households)
Everything in Practice Tier, plus:
- 100+ households — Can the system handle 100+ households under one account without performance issues?
- Full white-label — Can ALL branding be replaced with the firm’s brand (logo, colours, domain)?
- API integrations — Is there an API? (If not built, state “available upon request” or “roadmap” — don’t promise it flat)
- Dedicated onboarding — Is there a named person/process for Enterprise onboarding?
- Custom reporting — Can reports be customized per Enterprise client?
- Firm-level analytics — Can the firm see aggregate data across all advisors/households?
Advisor Matching (Unattached Households)

- Matching process — Is there a defined process for connecting unattached households with advisors (in-house or from network)?
- Advisor network — Do we have at least 3 advisors willing to accept matched households at launch?

- Storage monitoring — Is per-account storage usage tracked and reportable?
- Security — encryption at rest — Is stored data (including S3 objects) encrypted?

- Privacy policy — Does the published privacy policy match what the product actually does?
- Terms of service — Are ToS current and reviewed by legal?
Pricing Page Content
- All prices in CAD — Confirm all displayed prices are in Canadian dollars
- No household pricing visible — Confirm no direct-to-consumer pricing appears on the page
- “Cost of doing nothing” stats verified — Are the legal fee ranges (30K, 134K) sourced and defensible?
- Haddock v. Haddock reference — $134,000 figure confirmed from court decision / Globe article
- Graves v. Nagy reference — $62,000+ figure confirmed from court decision
- Province-specific calculation claim — Verified working for all 10 provinces? Or just Ontario? (If just Ontario, say “starting with Ontario” on the page)
- Founding Member spots remaining — Is the count accurate and updated? (10 advisor spots at $1,500)
- Storage amounts listed correctly — Confirm included storage per tier matches (2GB Trial, 20GB Advisor, 75GB Practice, Custom Enterprise)
- Storage overage pricing listed — Confirm additional storage pricing is visible and accurate
- FAQ accuracy — Every FAQ answer matches actual product behaviour (including storage FAQ)
- “Don’t have an advisor?” section — Contact form or link is live and functional
Red Flags — Remove Before Publishing
If any of the following are not ready, remove them from the pricing page rather than shipping a promise you can’t keep:

- Tim has verified every feature claim against the actual product
- Jeff has confirmed Stripe billing is configured for all plans (349, 12)
- OTB has confirmed which features are in V1 vs. roadmap
- Legal has reviewed the pricing page for compliance (no advice claims, no guarantees)
- At least one founding advisor has completed the full workflow end-to-end with a real household
- Advisor matching process is documented and at least one in-house advisor is available for unattached households
